Electric Cleaner is a small Australian business built around one tool and one idea: the scrubbing should not be your job.

Why we started

Every home has surfaces that never really come clean. Shower grout, the base of a screen, the rim of a bath, the tray at the bottom of the oven. Not because anyone is doing it wrong — because a cloth and a wrist cannot hold steady pressure at speed for long. You get about thirty good seconds, then your arm goes.

A motor does not have that problem. That is the whole product.

How we work

We sell one thing and we try to describe it accurately. If a head is abrasive, we say so. If the unit is water resistant rather than waterproof, we say that too, because the difference matters and you would find out the hard way otherwise.

We do not publish reviews we have not received, and we do not run countdown clocks on a price that is not going anywhere. When customer reviews come in, they go on the site in the customer's own words.

Where we ship

Australia-wide, free, on every order. Around 80% of orders leave the warehouse within 1 to 3 business days, and tracked delivery within Australia then takes 5 to 10 business days.

If something goes wrong

Email zenviaeservices@gmail.com and a person reads it. We reply within 1 to 2 business days. You have 90 days to return the product and a 90-day warranty on the motor and battery — and none of that limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
