The product

How does the electric cleaning brush work?

A 25 W motor spins the brush head at 400 rpm. You wet the surface, hold the head flat against it and press the button — the rotation does the scrubbing, so you are guiding rather than pressing. Leaning on it actually slows the head down.

What attachments are included?

Nine heads, plus the backing plate the pads mount on. Four bristle brushes — flat, tapered, compact and dome. Five pads — scourer, steel wool, microfibre, foam polishing and felt finishing.

How long is the handle?

The telescopic stainless handle extends the tool to 120 cm — about 47 inches — in total length. It screws on and off by hand, so you can leave it off for benchtops, sinks and cookware.

How much does it weigh?

The handheld motor unit is 920 g, light enough to hold above shoulder height without your arm giving out.

Battery and charging

How long does the battery last?

60 to 90 minutes on a full charge, depending on which head you are using and how hard the surface is. A five-bar indicator on the handle shows the level before you start.

How long does it take to charge?

About three hours to full over USB-C, using the cable included in the box or any USB-C charger you already own.

Where you can use it

Is it waterproof?

No — it is water resistant, not waterproof. It is built for wet cleaning, so a wet shower, a full sink or a running tap are all fine. It is not designed to be fully submerged or left soaking, and water damage from submerging it is not covered by the warranty.

Can I use it on floors?

Yes, and that is what the telescopic handle is for. Screwed on, it takes the tool out to 120 cm (47 in) so you can clean a tiled floor standing up rather than kneeling on wet tile.

Can I use it on shower glass?

Yes. Use the foam polishing pad on wet glass, then the felt finishing pad for a streak-free finish. Keep the steel wool pad away from glass and from any coated or finished surface.

Will it scratch glass, acrylic or coated surfaces?

The foam, microfibre and felt pads are made for finished surfaces like shower glass, chrome and paintwork. The steel wool pad is abrasive by design — keep it on hard-wearing surfaces only, and test any new surface in a hidden spot first.

How do I clean the attachments?

Rinse each head under running water after use and let it air-dry before storing — particularly the scourer and steel wool pads, which hold moisture otherwise.

Ordering

How long does shipping take?

Shipping is free on every order. Around 80% of orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days, and tracked delivery within Australia then takes 5 to 10 business days. You will get a tracking number by email once it leaves the warehouse. Delivery outside Australia varies, and the estimate for your address is shown at checkout.

Does it come with a warranty?

Yes. 90 days from delivery, covering the motor and battery against manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear of the brushes and pads, water damage from submerging the unit, or damage from misuse.

What is your return policy?

You have 90 days from delivery to request a return. Email us with your order number and we will send instructions and the return address. Return postage is at your cost unless the item arrived faulty, damaged, or was not what you ordered. Full terms are in our refund policy.

Do I have rights beyond your policies?

Yes. Nothing in our policies limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality.
